What about Noel Ellis? I will be very interested to see how he turns out.

Here's what I gauge in terms of playing time or not for the newcomers:

QB Kenny Hill - Either he's the backup QB or he redshirts. No in-between

HB James White - Likely redshirt

WR Jaquay Williams - extensive PT

WR Sebastian Larue - extensive PT, possible starter

WR Ricky Seals-Jones - extensive PT

WR Kyrion Parker - possible PT

WR Laquivionte Gonzalez - possible starter at KR or PR. May see PT at slot

WR Jeremy Tabuyo - If his blocking is as good as his route running, he will play a lot. Otherwise, RS

OT Joas Aguilar - RS

OT Ishmael Wilson - RS

DE Daeshon Hall - extensive PT

DE Jordan Points - RS

DE Jay Arnold - RS

DT Isaiah Golden - extensive PT, possible starter

DT Hardreck Walker - extensive PT, possible starter

DT Justin Manning - extensive PT, possible starter

LB Brett Wade - extensive PT

LB Reggie Chevis - extensive PT

LB Jordan Mastrogiovanni - extensive PT

LB Darion Claiborne - possible RS

LB Shaan Washington - possible RS

CB Noel Ellis - extensive PT

CB Tavares Garner - extensive PT

CB Alex Sezer - likely PT

S Kameron Miles - likely PT

S Victor Davis - likely PT

S Jonathan Wiggins - possible PT

Pretty sure he'll play significantly. Outside of the two starters - Everett and Harris - Jacobs is the only returning CB on the roster and frankly, he wasn't very good last year. I expect at least two of the three freshman corners to play significant minutes and one of them may well start vs Rice given Everett is probably going to be suspended.
