Isn't nuclear fusion energy either:
a) too dangerous (turn the world into the sun)
b) impossible, like perpetual motion
I don't think we've found all potential energy sources, but I think nuke fusion is impossible without destroying our planet.

In short, no. They have been performing high temp fusion reactions on this planet since the 1920s. The hydrogen bomb was a fusion reaction. It isn't a "dangerous" technology per say.
