Read this post about the NCAA '14 simulation season on PM,
quote:

Just a fun little simulation article of the new NCAA Football game. Nothing serious. Has Mizzou going 8-5 and losing 38-31 to the Nubs in the Outback bowl. Just thought I'd share NCAA '14 Simulations

made me want to do my own predictions:

* Murray State- W

* Toledo- W

----open date -----

@ Indiana- W

*Arkansas State- W

@ Vanderbilt Commodores- W (Big Game)

@Georgia- L

*Florida- Toss up L

*South Carolina (Home Coming)- Toss up L

*Tennessee- W

@Kentucky- W (but might be closer than most expect)

-- open date --

@Ole Miss - Toss up but i think we pull away with a W (ole miss has a brutal schedule this year)

* Texas A&M- Toss up L (i think too many people are high on the aggies this year)

So I have an 8-4, (4-4) in conference and go bowling. However I think there could be a few upsets in COMO between Florida, USC, and maybe aTm, if we win any of these games we go 9-3 (5-3) in conference and still go bowling.

(* = Home game)

Keep in mind Mizzou is the only SEC team that does not face a single SEC opponent in 2013 coming off a bye week.

What are your predictions for the season??

Murray State- W
Toledo- W
@ Indiana- W
Arkansas State- W
Vanderbilt Commodores- W
@Georgia- L (gonna be closer than people think, though)
Florida- W (I think y'all get 'em this time, especially at home)
South Carolina (Home Coming)- L
Tennessee- W
@Kentucky- L (I'm higher on the 'cats than I probably should be)
@Ole Miss - L (Not ready to sleep on Ole Miss--hell I'm scared for the Ags making a return trip to Oxford)
Texas A&M- L (heart talking, not necessarily my head--IF A&M exceeds expectations, this could be a huge trap game for the Ags. If A&M crashes and burns, they'll be limping into CoMo ripe for a loss. Either way a dangerous game for the Ags, IMO)

7-5 is what I came up with, but not confident in that prediction at all.

Gonna be a crazy year, it just feels that way to me for some reason.

If you asked me this time last year, with this schedule:

Murray State- W
Toledo- W
@ Indiana- W
Arkansas State- W
Vanderbilt Commodores- W
@Georgia- L
Florida- W
South Carolina- L
Tennessee- W
@Kentucky- W
@Ole Miss - L
Texas A&M- L

That's 8-4 and 4-4 in conference.

Taking last year into consideration:

Murray State- W
Toledo- W
@ Indiana- L
Arkansas State- W
Vanderbilt Commodores- L
@Georgia- L
Florida- L
South Carolina- L
Tennessee- W
@Kentucky- W
@Ole Miss - L
Texas A&M- L

That's 5-7 and I'm not sold on the UT game yet.

I think that last year we didnt get to see a quality Missouri team for most of the year, due to decimation of the O-line and constant injuries to our Qb's. This year we are bringing in a bigger O-line, and Boehm moving to center means the snaps cant be any worse than last year. I (would like to) think that the injuries wont happen again making our offense look only better (how much better still remains to be seen)

Tbird i agree it will be a crazy year, im ready to watch some games already!

Yeah, this is where I'm coming from, too. I'm not about to project anything on 2013 based on an injury-riddled 2012.
