and forgetting 2011's.

Ok, we won that one too.

Just because those are good tests doesn't mean your defense will be ready for this game, but the same argument can be made for LSU's offense after their test and tuneups.

The logic is STRONG with this one.

If you lose both, where will your team be mentally? How's their development?

I should ask the same of LSU and a potential loss to TCU.

If there were a PM system here, I'd be interested in hearing why you think so.

I was just being sarcastic, man. I was simply pointing out the UGA wins the way you pointed out the LSU wins.

Sure, South Carolina shouldn't have lost to Auburn that year,

But they did. No different than 2007 UGA shouldn't have lost to Carolina or Tennessee. But they did. Tennessee was, therefore, the best team in the East.

it was a very emotional game for South Carolina, and they could not match that intensity against LSU. LSU dominated.

This is a really lame excuse Carolina fans use. If you can;t handle winning a big, emotional game, then you're not ready to win the conference.

The 44-11 blowout wouldn't have helped South Carolina's case, but South Carolina or Florida would have deserved the division in that case. Florida played Georgia closely the whole game and was not blown out by South Carolina. Georgia and South Carolina both have a blowout loss on their record and weaker schedules. I think Florida would have been the leader in the BCS standings.

South Carolina and UF didn't deserve jack Hell, Florida got more than they deserved in the Sugar and failed miserably, both on the field and in the stands. South Carolina came awfully close to losing to an average Michigan team. At least UGA soundly beat Nebraska.
