We'll be deep again no matter who we start. Obviously, losing Graveman and Girodo hurt, but we always have a few pitchers that come out of nowhere each year.

Cox and Gentry may battle for a starting spot as well. I also expect big things out of Shelley.

I have also heard great things about Humphries, but I just don't know if he'll adjust soon enough to become day 1 SS. I think Britton/Pirtle can interchange if need be. I just know Cohen is going to want Britton's left-handed bat in the lineup.

As for the switch in the outfield, I don't think Robson has the arm to play RF. iIRC, I believe, when CT sat due to hammy, Hendu slid over and played RF when Renfroe was playing CF.

I expect Rea, Hendu, Pirtle, CT to take steps up offensively next year.

I've heard great things about Garner's bat, and that's who I want playing C.

I also expect Norris to help us next year whether it be 3B or P.

I could see 2 of the 3 "incumbent" outfielders being replaced by Vickerson and/or one of the freshmen if they don't get their shite together.

Collins is going to be hell to keep out of the lineup somewhere...Humphries will play... and Rooker will threaten for the right field spot as well IMO...

Adam Frazier did it and Humphries is projected with far more upside than Frazier was coming out of HS.
