Put more pressure on the football program to excel from a mediocre West team to heading to Atlanta or beyond?

Sure, but it won't change the fact that they will never compete for an SEC Title. It's Mississippi State. They are looked at like the Kentucky of the west.

Well...MSU is going to lose to UCLA by at least 10+ runs a game.
