Friday we had seats behind the dugout but we couldn't get those again and had to get general admission tickets. How early should we get there to get a seat? I've heard anywhere from 12 to 3 or we won't have a seat

Get there about 6-7 hours before they open the gates to let people in. You'll be able to get on the front row of the outfield fence. That is the place to be. Trust me. Plus sitting outside waiting in line can be a lot of fun. Bring someone with you though in case you need to go to the bathroom or get something to eat. You meet a lot of cool people waiting in line and there will be news crews coming by to interview fans and take video.
Hope you have a good time.

I think you can show up an hour before the game and find a seat, but if you want front row, I would start periodically checking the line around lunch and hop in when it starts forming.
May want to check with L.B. because I think he and others are sitting in GA. Y'all could all get together and take turns waiting in line.

I wouldn't recommend this. Two hours before they opened the gates last year for the championship series the line was wrapped around the block.

Yea I am we're going to get there around 11 and hang around by the stadium and make sure to get a good spot in the line.
This is going to be awesome, this stadium is going to be covered in maroon

I told you.
The fans at the CWS are hardcore. You don't just compete with your own fans. You're competing with citizens of Omaha. They love taking off work to go to the CWS.
