He was being offered another job at arkansas.I guess we could not let the best hitting coach in the sec go. and he will now be in charge of recruiting and how scholarships are divided hitting and fielding .I guess lafferty will just hold the bull pen gate now

it kinda does sound like he may be trying slide in Bianco job. first time ever under Bianco a assistant coach has been given a nulti year deal.

I'm very eager to see if Bianco truly is the problem that is infecting your program, or if it is a talent gap or something of that nature. I would find it funny if y'all made it to Omaha and most of y'alls posters saying "what if" had y'all fired him sooner.

If we ever make Omaha in my lifetime it will not be funny to me... It will be fricking amazing.

What will happen is we will fire Bianco and he will go to come obscure school like Texas Tech and win 50 games his first year, lead the nation in home runs and make it to Omaha with them.

I was thinking about possible schools where MB could land... If Kentucky misses postseason play again next season I could see their AD taking him... Also, whatever school's coach we take will probably contact him for an interview as well.
