Like someone else said, it would show that both schools aren't the same schools of the old times.

What the frick does that mean? No one has even heard of your school outside of the SEC to where they don't have any previous references like they do Ole Miss. For all they know, you've been like this for the past 100 years, and if you weren't, it's even scarier on what your pre-evolved ancestors were: LINK

I'd much rather your school stay out of the media entirely, since this is literally how people from around the world stereotype Mississippi. I've seriously been asked on my physical means going to foreign countries because of stupid shite like this.
