Jerry can offer anything he wants. What he can't offer is a good GM to support Sumlin. How many coaches have turned down Jerry's advances based solely on the certain career suicide the HC job stands to offer?

I'm just saying. There is good chance Sumlin does leave for the NFL. Especially if Kelly does well in Philly. None of us know for sure, but you don't see as many 20-30 year coaches at the same place in college anymore.
