You sure that's the way they're seeded?
If you factor in national seeds, regional hosts, etc:
1. Not a single team made the CWS that didn't at least host a regional.
2. Louisville, UCLA, Mississippi State, Indiana, and N.C. State were not national seeds, so they don't replace others.
With that in mind, here are the actual seeds:
1. UNC
3. Oregon State
4. LSU
The rest would be considered:
9. N.C. State
10. Indiana
11. Mississippi State
12. UCLA
15. Louisville
So it ends up being:
#1 UNC vs. #9 N.C. State
#4 LSU vs. #12 UCLA
on one side of the bracket and
#10 Indiana vs. #15 Louisville
#3 Oregon State vs. #11 Mississippi State
on the other side.

If you do that, then only UNC, Oregon State, and LSU have seedings. Everyone else is unseeded.

Here is the NCAA pdf file
CayceCock13 has it right.
Looking at it I really hope Hoosiers miraculously beat Louisville. I think the Cards are the biggest obstacle to MSU.
If LSU can play like they did in Super I'm pretty confident they can get to Championship series.

Eades needs to avoid having a bad inning and giving up several runs. His outing in the Supers will be fine. Started off shaky, but only gave up one run, and was doing well till the delay. Glenn had been really good toward the end of the season, but how he pitches with the long break, who knows.
