We lead for about 4-5 four star guys
Jesse Jackson
Gerri Green
Aeries Williams
Grant Harris
Cory Thomas (will be 4Star) offers from FSU, Florida, Clemson, OM, Tennessee, etc and says we are his favorite.

I wouldn't say we lead considering what he put on twitter after his Ole Miss visit.

You may want to read his most recent article on 247 he has stated that Mississippi State is his leader and that we have been recruiting him the hardest and that he really enjoyed meeting WR Coach Billy Gonzalez.
Also since you are MR. Twitter check out the last pic Jackson tweeted that showed that we sent him 100 letters last week and TSUN only sent one.
I like our chances.

First of(at least) two JUCO OT's we get this year IMO...and this has to help us, at least a little, with the other Callaway recruits that we are pursuing...
Hoping we lock up this guy soon, and I think we've got a pretty good chance to do that. Would lend me alot of peace of mind about the future of our OL -- which I'm still concerned is our acchiles heel overall. Think we're weak on depth and have had a ton of attrition that needs to be replaced in the JUCO ranks(and we've got to actually hit on them) if we are going to keep moving forward...

I didnt think you were a TSUN kind of guy Bundy.
You are correct though, you lead, but its only because he hasn't ever been to an OM game. I would not be shocked if Mullen rushes a commitment out of him this summer. Don't take that as trash talking or whatever, but that's what Mullen does at his camps in the fall and that's why y'all always have decommitments from summer commitments. If Mullen can get Jesse or Gerri to commit in the summer then that's your two guys you look at for the annual OM flip. Once again Im not talking shite, they both just fit that profile.
State got the early jump which is why they lead. Once these players visit OM on game day then the playing field evens out and they can make a decision that will stick instead of one that will change come January. Read what he says after visit to us which was his first ever and you can't honestly be that confident. We got Alford and lead for his current teammate and top 2 player in next years MS class in Patterson.

Delta kid and state offered him first and he's visited State more than OM. If he wants to play LB in college he will commit to State. If he wants to play DE then he will commit to OM. He's this year's Shumpert except OM values him a little more so we will fight for him until the end unless we get a couple of DE commitments that we value more which is unlikely because of how high Gerri is on our board

The earlier a guy commits, the more likely he is to decommit. That's a simple fact. But Mullen has done a pretty damn good job of holding our commitments in the two classes since the 11 debacle, when we made a bunch of changes in how we recruit.
Freeze does the exact same thing pushing for early commitments as well -- and practically all of the highly rated players that committed to OM early in the process last year decommitted and went elsewhere. Does it mean a damn thing for next year? Of course not.
If we'd better worry about Green and Jesse -- you had certainly better worry about Hampton by the same measure -- a kid from an MSU stronghold that committed to you prior to an MSU offer and has been consistently around the MSU program ever since...

Well sure it does. If Freeze gets a commitment early from a kid that lives far away then chances are he will decommit because of distance. Mullen loses instate kids who haven't experienced OM. They commit to state and state fills their heads with bullshite about OM and once the kid finally visits they are blown away because OM is awesome and state down plays OM and then try's to keep them from visiting. We don't lose instate commitments, y'all do
