I just get tired of hearing the same shitty prediction about LSU every single pre-season.

"They lost so much on defense, you can't just replace a first rounder like [Peterson, Brockers, Claiborne, Mingo...] even if you are recruiting well. Couple that with a tough schedule, and they lose four games."

Guess a broken clock is right blah blah blah

I admire our opponents for keeping hope, year in and year out, that we will have a bad season eventually. I could never be that optimistic.

Why don't you back that up by posting pre-season rankings. I think you're full of crap.

LSU was pre-season #1 last year, ahead of even defending champion and media darling Bama, until TM7 was dismissed from the team

Egg-fricking-zactly. Nail on the head. This shite seems to be happening every year now.

What were we supposed to go in 2011? 9-3 at best? Isn't that what Herbie said? No way we play Oregon, @ West Virginia, @ Bama and win more than 9 fricking games. With the clusterfrick of a situation at quarterback no less. With losing so much star power on defense (PP7, Brockers, Nevis, Baker, etc.) no way we could navigate that schedule.

LSU is LSU. LSU will still be LSU this season.

Only Bama gets a pass every year.

When our schedule is the toughest we seem to rise up and play even harder.
