Ole Piss & La Tech?

Well, Ole Miss was certainly a better than average team last year. La Tech...

My biggest knock on JFF to date is that, in the clutch against top defenses, he's sort of fallen flat.

Started out 9-0 at the end of the 1st qtr against LSU; loses 24-19.

Starts out 17-7 against Florida w/ 7 minutes left in the 2nd qtr, loses 20-17.

Starts out 20-0 against Alabama at the end of the 1st qtr, nearly loses the game but hangs on 29-24 (Alabama had two shots at the go ahead, but the D intercepts a pass on one and an offsides defender keeps A&M from punting).

In A&M's three biggest games, they jumped out to decent leads, only to watch them evaporate. I'm not saying he "sucks", but being outscored 24-10, 13-0, and 24-9 once defenses adjusted is not what happened, for example, to Cam Newton.

Trust me, as a Bama fan, saying anything positive about Cam makes my fingers burn as I type them too ;p

So you're knocking the freshman because he wasn't perfect. That's really the long and short of it.
