With resources and fan support I don't see how you can argue against him, but I realize that's not your shtick.

OM isn't a top ten program. The lack of accomplishments and history keep it from being that elite. With the newer facilities and fan support and recent good years it is definitely top 20, but not top 10.
I'm not even sure I'd consider MSU top 10 all time. Probably top 15
