Heil in German is "Help"
No it's not you fricking moron.
Heil is "hail." "Zeig heil" literally means "hail victory!"
"Helfen" or "Hilf" are the German words for "help" (the first is the verb, the second is the noun). Don't try to fricking step up to me in the German game, son, I took four years of it at Ole Miss (As I did with French. Why? I don't fricking know, that's why.)
