Only in rare situations as we had in 2011, where Bama got in due to losing to the #1 team in overtime by the slimmest of margins, will the SEC get a second team in the playoffs.

Due to political pressure from the U.S. Congress, non-BCS schools will be included in the 4-team playoffs. That leaves very little room for a second team from the SEC.
