Being the number one football program in the SEC is about as transitional as it gets.

Other conferences have one or two perennial powers, but the SEC has 4.5. Bama, Florida, LSU, TAM, with Georgia and Ole Miss on the outside looking in.

Bama fans better hurry up and get all the bragging out of their systems because things are about to get a lot tougher. Both TAM and LSU will be their equal in the West with Florida just as much an equal in the East.

Too bad the SEC only gets one team in the playoffs each year. Let the whining begin.

TAM is a perennial power?

Please educate yourself on either what the word perennial means, or TAM's all-time record compared to real perennial powers like Tennessee, UGA, and Auburn.

Bama has more titles than all the rest of those teams combined.

Also, @ Ole Miss being included in that list.
