They are magic moments.
Not a great exchange, but I was reminded of this for some reason. When I was younger, probably around 11 or 12, well past the age of knowing better, we were at a drive through window and I was in the passenger seat. My mom is getting the order and I keep repeating whatever the drive through lady is saying in this mocking voice.
"Here's your drink"
Me: "Heres your drink" (in a whiny mocking voice)
Etc.
I finally realize I'm saying it out loud. I look up and my mom is giving me the death stare. I give the most sincere apology and say I didn't realize what I was doing. The drive through lady starts cracking up and my mom was no longer mad.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanana1.gif)

I backed into a light pole drunk and the next day found a store without surveillance cameras and parked my truck there then called the police saying someone hit it in the parking lot and ran..got a report and insurance paid for repairs without me having to pay a deductible since it was labeled "property damage".
