* Whoever commits the crime of oral sexual battery shall be punished by imprisonment, with or without hard labor. At least 10 years of the sentence imposed shall be served without parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
The victim, who is not the spouse of the offender, is under the age of 15 and is at least 3 years younger than the offender.

What he did is exactly what is described in La. law book. Punishable AT LEAST 10 years without parole. If you agree with what he did or are taking up for what he did, you are just as sick as he is. No excuse, statutory rape no matter how you want to paint it.

How can you keep such a recidivist on a college scholarship or even try and defend it is unthinkable.
