Going there for the LSU series, and wanted to know what time the gates open, the lady on the phone said 1 hour or 1 hour and a half before the game. Maybe Aggie faithful would give better answer?

irrelevant.
I have the feeling this will describe TAMU after the Tigers leave. My gut feeling is the Tigers sweep.

I've never tried to go in before about an hour before but it's always open by then. Hopefully someone can give you a better answer but figured i'd bump at the least

Yeah was wondering what GA seats consist of? Section 201-204?? and the Lawn?

public GA seating is only lawn. 201-204 is student seating and they'll almost certainly enforce that for the LSU series because there is limited seats. I'd highly recommend getting reserved seats.

Irrelevant describes our offense since Sawyers became the hitting coach.

I was told that Public GA is also 201-204.

It is, but only if the students didn't fill them up by the first pitch.
Edit: Actually I'm not sure anymore after a quick googling.

We went two hours before game time and had no problems. If you are a player guest bring ID and I mean everyone they were carding ten yr olds. General admission on the grass was a nice place to watch. Bring a blanket.

it's technically for students only. In games that don't fill up (mostly midweek) they don't care but for the LSU series I think it will be SRO the whole weekend. In that case, they'll likely kick you to the berm. But like lefthand says, the berm is actually pretty decent to watch a game from so if you don't mind sitting on the grass you should be fine. I've only sat out there for one game though and it was really nice weather and not overly crowded so I probably shouldn't be your point of reference.
