HC: Big time improvement
Staff: Probably decline on offense...huge upgrade on defense
QB: Decline
RB: TBD...probably about the same
WR: Decline
TE: Decline
OL: Upgrade
DL: Upgrage (especially going back to 4 man front)
LB: Upgrade (more experience...even with loss of Lathers)
DB: Major upgrade (more experience and simplified assignments)
P: Same
K: Same (slight improvement with additional competition)
