Actually if you'll Google: Synthetic Marijuana made illegal in Alabama you'll find this. Which actually shows the date that you stated is not only wrong because the order was for October 24th, but it was a order for the search and seizure of the product from stores.
Did you know that it's illegal to have a marijuana pipe, but it's not illegal to sell it as a tobacco pipe?
If you haven't caught on yet, it means something can be illegal to possess, but if it's under a different name and use that you can get away with it. Until the government ask for you cough it up.
ETA: Just watched the very end of it one more time, and even after all of the executive order mobo-jumbo E:60 was STILL able to buy it at a store in Auburn just 4 weeks ago. So much for it being illegal huh?
Again Chizik didn't do y'all any favors.

Damn. Did you DVR it so you could finish off the rest of that Jergens bottle you bought after reading S. Roberts article on her blog? Next time you sit down to rub one out watching Dakota Moseley spin the truth to make himself look like the victim, take a quick break and listen to ESPN state that makers of spice are constantly changing the chemical makeup of the product that are undetectable at the moment. This is how it is still being sold. Until the new chemicals become banned they can be sold. I'm sure as we speak there are multiple versions being created while several different versions are already in cue for public release once the current product on the shelf becomes banned. This is a multi-million dollar industry that isn't giving up until they completely run out of options.
