OK, I will. In 2004, LSU had the best coach in football, the best talent in the country, and their first title in almost 50 years. today, LSU is coming off a disappointing season, no longer with the greatest coach in football on their sidelines, and are pencilled in at 3rd or 4th (depending on the ole miss game) in the west next year. I would say it's pretty fricking obvious.

in 2004 we were 9-3 (another 3 loss season) with a bowl loss to Iowa

Well, since we won the title in 2003 and were 9-4 in 2004 I'd say you're off to a bad start.

2004 recruiting class wasn't even in the top 30 if I remember correctly, until Miles got RP and one or two others to flip late, considering Saban waffled on Christmas after swearing he would not leave...

LSU is coming off a disappointing season
Anytime we don't play for the SEC / NC is a disappointing season. Since we were one yard away this year and actually won the SEC last year I think its hard to feel like we've fallen...

Brilliant!
Are these the same Dyson's that have Les Miles pencilllled in behind five coaches that can't beat him or hold his jock strap?

That you're an idiot, agreed.
