I think firing him would be like UGA fans always trying to fire Richt... WHY? You have a sustained level of success. Guy recruits well, wins games, and completely turned the program around. I dont think he's done anything that warrants being fired. Especially when the season is no where near over...

I agree with everything you said pretty much but how long do you give a him to actually do something? 2009 was his last good season. We underachieved last year and at trending down this year.

We have the money, AD, and facilities to attract a top level coach. How long do we accept mediocracy before we want more?

Give him an ultimatum. Give him a reachable goal for this year. It should be a getting to a super at worst. Let him coach to keep his job. Coaching is a results based business. He has done nothing but underachieve since he won the SEC in 09. Basketball and football and trending up. Why allow mediocracy when we don't have too?

Bianco's teams have not performed up to standard since 09. How long do you let that last before the program takes a hit and becomes less of a desirable job for the top candidates out there?

I for one learned from the basketball season to give the guy until the end of the year before calling for his head. Things can still turn around.
