To go back in time and stay in Oregon.
Guy could be out in the sunny and warm west coast tonight enjoying a victory and trip to the sweet 16... yet he is stuck in middle Missouri with the taste of defeat while getting ready for 10 inches of snow.
I'll use this time to express my opinion of Brown. Have you seen a more burnt out athlete lately? I can't think of one pro or college player that seems more perma high than him... guy is a slug. Usually like athletes that are obvious burners, but my god, listening to him speak (especially while looking at his 'could give a shite burnt out face') makes me want to punch kittens.

He probably only regrets leaving Oregon for one reason.
The quality of the green is 1000x better than that found in CoMo.
Tat parlors are everywhere these days, so he can still get his work done in CoMo, but yeah, he probably misses the top notch OG Kush and Northern Lights available in Eugene.

You're always good for a useless opinion.

Thanks. I've come to like your disapproval, reaffirms that I got it right.
If only this was even debatable.. guy is a perma burnout, just the way it is.. you can ignore it or choose to recognize it.
Kinda like when you guys wanted to ignore my early season bashing of Phil Pressey. That wagon seems to be mighty full now.

Technically going 85 mph, won't get him to time travel. Maybe the required speed is slower for the "perma burnt"?

He was last seen going 85, when it hits 86 everything starts to flash and blur as it nears closer to 88mph.
(Damn nice catch, must be a lil too burned myself, I knew it was 88, seen it a hundred times).

And I always feel better when I disagree with you. It's like an instinct towards success and away from failure.

You don't think he moves sluggish, talks sluggish, has a general burned up demeanor? If you disagree with any of that I'll feel pretty good about my opinion.

So, mogray, because the guy is reserved, let's the game come to him and doesn't live for mouthing off he is burnt out? The dude averaged 13.7 ppg and 3.4 rpg in a short season, on a team full of wanna be kobe's while taking ten shots a game. The dude can play and is a different breed of a competitor. His "confidence" will come, watch. Next year he will be the consistent, and I think calming, influence this team needs. "Leave the shot taking to me, Phil." Denmon was reserved off the court, calm under duress and I think we all can agree we saw his fiery side grow with continued success and competition. Leave the kid alone.

No. Game coming to him and not mouthing off is pretty irrelevant to the opinion expressed.

He can shoot yes. Never said he wasn't useful on the court.

So in defeat he should be ecstatic.

Ah...I feel a sense of nostalgia. Almost like I've met you somewhere before....
