I am losing my mind right now. My dog is just laying by the door. I think he wants to go in the yard and die. I don't know what I can do for him.

Before my family dog died she just laid beside our door and wouldn't move. She had had a stroke and couldn't move her hind legs. So I would just hold her. That always made me feel better.
I cried when we put her down the next week but I knew she didn't hurt anymore.
