We need to get Memphis involved on this
Friend of mine is coming with me who owned Doodles restaurant in Fultondale, Al (Damn good Cajun restaurant closed now though got wiped out by same Tornado that hit Ttown last yr
) anyway he's bringing a bunch of ingredients and we are cookin

Sounds good. Memphis met up with us last year.
