He wants desperately to win an SEC Championship before he leaves Georgia. So desperate in fact that he skipped out on spring break to go to Oklahoma to practice his mechanics.

For the final spring break of his college life, Aaron Murray toyed with the idea of joining friends on a trip to Cancun or Key West. Instead, the 22-year-old Murray passed on a week hanging at the beach to spend his vacation time this past week in Norman, Okla., working morning and afternoon sessions with private QB coach George Whitfield, who had come to the Sooner State to help prep former OU quarterback Landry Jones for his pro day.

Aaron Murray is probably my favorite non-Arkansas SEC player ever. Great guy. Unless Arkansas shocks the world next year, I'm pulling for Georgia and Murray. That offense will be firing on all cylinders.

A player giving up short term personal gratification for development of a potential career is desperate?
OP is a complete idiot.

If LSU doesn't win the SEC & natty then I hope Georgia does. And I have no connections with Georgia just respect for Murray.

First off, why is this even thread worthy?
Second, I like Murray a lot and wish him all the best when he is not playing us.

If this guy is Landry Jones personal coach too Georgia should be worried.

I feel bad for Murray having to face Johnny Manziel in Atlanta. It won't end well for the Bulldogs.

Murray goes 0-4 vs SC in his career.

I don't know if I'd call it desperate. That little extra might be the difference between going in 1st round or 2nd...a difference which is millions of dollars.
