Yes they are.

2-3 vs. the Top 50 is acceptable. 8-6 record vs. the Top 100 is good. RPI is solid. They do have two bad losses, but a lot of bubble teams have more bad losses than they do. Overall record is very good (25 wins).

The one problem I have with their resume is their non-conference schedule, but I think they'll be fine. You can poke holes in every bubble team's resume... That's why they're bubble teams.

Texas A&M would be a 3rd bad loss, but yeah, every bubble team has bad losses. I just can't get past their OOC schedule, and I don't know if the committee will be able to, either. No excuse for a non-conference slate like that.

I think the committee is going to look beyond those 25 wins on the surface and look at who Ole Miss played, and they didn't play hardly anybody. Just not a whole lot of quality wins.
