That looks really bad if you don't know who they played and their offenses. The other side of the coin is how many passing yards did they give up each game and how many points did they give up as a defense?

It's really bad no matter who you have played. Your friend, the OP, asked the question if Georgia will be the mirror image of 2012 Alabama due to the talent UGA lost on defense. Such an argument is asinine because, while Alabama lost 8 starters off a defense that is among the greatest of all-time, they still finished #1 in the country in 3 of the 4 major defensive categories in 2012. Georgia is losing virtually all of its star players off a defense that finished #18 in Scoring Defense, #32 in Total Defense, and #80 in Rushing Defense.

How exactly can a comparison between 2012 Alabama and 2013 Georgia be made based off the above statistics?
