Yeah especially this winter. I doubt it went in the 20's more than a few days (if that)

It doesn't get any colder in college station than it does in BR, trust me. Prob the same latitude. Our campus is covered in oaks, azaleas, crepe myrtles, etc., and there's not a bloom to be had yet on any of em! Crazy. And we're supposed to have one of the nation's top horticulture programs!
