A retarded monkey could average 9-10 wins a year at LSU in the post-Saban era. You seem to have lost perspective with regards to how much talent you have. LSU's second team could go out and win any mid-major conference in America. Only Bama has been consistently more talented recently.

LSU has more raw talent than all but one team on their schedule damn near every year. Propping Miles' win percentage up doesnt prove anything, espcially considering his mediocre record at OSU when he wasnt top dog. The fact is that his teams routinely play down to their competition and don't cover. He plays with fire, and it's either because he thinks that's the best way to go about it or because he is getting by on talent alone. In other wods, he's either an idiot or not the coach that many LSU fans think he is.

I'm glad someone else in this thread has some common sense. Those LSU guys have to be trolling right?

This is dumb. Had Les really stepped down as HC last Monday, not a single damn one of you would have stood behind this "anybody could win at LSU" statement. You all would be predicting a season like the one Arkansas had last season for LSU in 2013.

LES must be doing some serious coaching up if LSU has talent second only to bama. In the seven years saban has been at bama he has had the #1 recruiting class NINE TIMES. Yet Les and LSU are 3-3 in conference games.

SC, bama, UF, tOSU, UT and possibly FSU over the last five years have consistely had recruiting classes ranked above LSU. Over these last five years Les had one class ranked in top five, one wasn't even top 15.

If you ask me. If LSU's talent is second only to the tide then someone in BR is doing a hell of a coaching job.

In the whole time a&m was in the big xii how many times did they beat stoops? Miles did it his first two years i believe. The talent level between OU and OK St was nowhere being equal.

If I remember correctly the cowboys hadn't gone bowling for many years till Les got there. He took them to a few bowls in his short time there. Never won big, never had a great season, never won the big xii but, he won there more than what they were use to.

You remember that cotton bowl a couple of years ago? aggies were the hottest team going. Beat both teams that played for the big xii title. They had a nice winning streak going heading into the bowl.

Remember how that one turned out? Did tigers play down to the competition? Did they cover? The biggest playmakers for LSU that night were a few freshmen. Expect more of the same in '13.
