That's how most everyone ends up on a jury.

Each side's going to have a list of the jurors they want, the jurors they want to get rid of, and the jurors that are ok/unknowns.

One side's want list is the other side's want to get rid of list. The ones that sat quietly and laid low are the jurors left when the smoke clears.
