I've said it 100 times, Antoine Caldwell is the Tide's biggest loss this year. He was the anchor and brain behind the best OL in the country in 2008. He is the glue that held that unit together so well and provided invaluable leadership to that team.

SSDD. Losing Barrett Jones hurts but I think we'll be all right given our track record since '08. An undersized center by the name of William Vlachos stepped right in and did just as good a job.

Wasn't Barrett Jones a starter on that 2008 line as well?

You haven't had a line without him since 08. Its just me, but I don't think Vlachos has NEAR the intangibles of Jones. Most players don't.
