Yea rooster. We already are. Our "multipurpose"/Indoor facility is already under construction, new FB offices have been completed, Stadium improvements all in 1 year. Weight room, complete stadiumn renovation already paid for coming likely next year. We are looking at at least $200 million in 2 years. Who knows what else they can improve by then. VU is going to be a problem. Accept it or not, it is what it is.

$200 million on two years? That would be an all-time record spent, in that amount of time, in the SEC.

Not sure anyone intends to look upon y'all as a "problem," but rather and worthy adversary although you'll never reach the summit overall because of the level of commitment and sustainability this conference has among the public institutions.

People may compare you to Stanford, but Stanford has a lot more endowment money and competes in a much easier conference. The more apropos comparison would be to Duke or Northwestern. If you reach the point where you are on their level in one or two sports then you'll be doing something in the SEC, especially in basketball let's say.

We'll be spending 110 million in the next couple of years, starting this summer, on Commonwealth upgrades. We were the first in the SEC to have an indoor facility.
