If someone is willing to commit multiple felonies in the name of fun, there is no intervention you can do that will prevent them from engaging in that behavior.

People willing to engage in behaviors with significant permanent risk for a momentary superficial reward aren't going to be swayed by some pamphlet or series of lectures. They're going to act in the moment. Just ask Bobby Petrino.

To echo others, wtf do you care about motivation? It doesn't make the crime any more or less severe. Actions are all that matter.
