to choose a drill/activity for our men's basketball team to do every week. What is it?
I choose free throws.

I'm torn between 2.
Some kind of drill where frank puts 4 or 5 minutes on the clock and we play a simulated game. (Basically fix where we failed to close games we had leads in and failed to make a fg in the last 4-5 minutes)
A drill to help us with TOs. Second to last in the conference in TOs
We're actually 3rd in the conference shooting 69.5 % from the stripe.

Our basketball team has so many problems that its really hard to narrow it down to one drill. I will throw something else out there... boxing out. Good Lord, at the end of the game yesterday, we would have three guys at the rim and Stokes still got EVERY rebound. Too many second opportunities for them.
Our turnovers are terrible, too. We try to throw too many cross court passes, passes into traffic, etc.
