I went to the last Fall Scrimmage and walked out thinking Kaser had locked up the job. He was crushing it all day and had several over 60 with only one "flub" that still went about 40. Epperson OTOH never got it past 50 and had a couple of pretty bad flubs for about 30. Kaser has an NFL leg for sure, he can really get it high and turn it over. Still, he clearly still needs to work on consistency. Fortunately for Epperson he apparently is a Petroleum Engineering major with excellent grades.

I think it's fantastic that we are getting quality walk ons at the kicking positions. That way you make sure to only have one kid at a time on scholly at K and another at P. It's harder to project those guys than any other because so much of it is mental and you can't simulate a kick or a punt in front of 90k people.
