And to be honest with you, taking this a step further, losses bother me less now than they did under Shula. People talk about bandwagoners, If anything i've kind of stepped off a bit. After a lifetime of mostly mediocre football, I've finally seen this surreal dynasty. I've seen it, I'm good, everything else is just gravy. Saban would hate my attitude.

This. I don't get near as mad because I look at all the winning we do now, and realize that other fans may never get to experience a third of the success we've had even over the last 5 seasons.

I'm sort of the same way. Growing up, I was always told what Alabama football was "supposed" to be like but then I went to college in 2000 and it was terrible. Now I've seen the mountain top. While I miss days of "upsets" like the 93 Sugar Bowl, I've gotta be honest...it feel pretty good to flex your muscle in front of the entire country like we did against ND.

But yes, there were some boring times throughout the season last year.
