Those are large excuses.

Oklahoma has 7% minority population and a population of 3.8M people.

Arkansas has a minority population of 17% just like Tennessee and has 3M people.

Arkansas isn't recruiting the state of Texas like OU has it is just that simple. Our in-state talent is producing NFL players at the same as Mississippi and Tennessee.

Math is your answer and it is a numbers game. OU pipelined in Texas years ago and this is also why it is so much fun to make fun of the Aggies and Horns with all those resources.
