I don't know if the goal is people "demanding it across the nation". It is simply more money.

Well they already have their own home markets locked up and I don't know how much more of a monetary demand they can make on carriers for games that are almost always going to be their absolute worst.

Its not like their lesser schools are selling out games every weekend. They are just going to cannibalize their home attendances to the point if it isnt a game between the biggest football schools the games are going to look like complete crap with tons of empty seats.
