I don't mean 11 game conference schedule, I meant 10 conference games, 1 BCS non-conference game, and 1 cupcake.
I see, doesnt change much IMO though.
and I seriously doubt many schools will play the better BCS schools all that often.
You'll instead see two crap schools, probably at least one FCS, every single year to help insure a minimum of 7 home games.

I mean. Look at a team like Florida. If we went to a 10 game schedule, since they play FSU every year, they might always have one cupcake, and never play a big time OOC game(other than FSU) ever again. Who knows though. Maybe they wouldn't care if that meant Alabama, and Texas A&M came to Gainesville more often.

Still isn't balanced. Playing 10 SEC games is so much different than playing 10 conference games in any other conference. The reality is that the SEC's 3rd place team most years would win any other conference in the nation. Until that gets weighted into the system, it's just unbalanced. This year is a perfect example, if OSU is not on probation we get ND/OSU in the NC game. There are at least 4 SEC teams that would steam roll both of those teams, heck combine the ND and OSU rosters and there are still 3-4 SEC teams that kill them. The reality is that the top two SEC teams should probably get automatic tickets to the playoffs every year. Maybe the top 3 in some years. That's how far ahead the SEC is right now.
