It's easier to put up bigger numbers when you play for a shitty team and there aren't many options on the team.
Florida has 5 guys averaging double figures. A guy like Boynton or Murphy could easily be a 16+ pt scorer if they played for a team with limited options.
Also Scottie Wilbekin is arguably the best defensive player in the conference while putting up efficient points and assists.
Also while I agree that "on paper" Florida players might not have the stats as the other guys, I would take those three players over the majority of the guys you've listed.
