Sorry, I just checked with the SEC home owners association and that idea does not meet with the by-laws for the following reasons:
Texas-does not play well with others
Oklahoma-Land Thieves not allowed
Oklahoma State-We already have Mississippi State

No kidding. If they played Monopoly they would demand to be given Boardwalk and Park Place at the outset of the game.
