Debatable. What Harbaugh did at Stanford was damn near a miracle. Put Harbaugh in the SEC at a LSU, FLorida, Bama, or UGA and he would be doing what Saban is doing.

Not debatable. Saban struggled in the NFL becasue he didn't have complete control. Harbaugh seems to have adapted better up to this point.

At least.
When Saban was Harbaugh's age he was finishing up at Michigan State with a 34-24-1 record
