Not at all. Saban does great when he has an athletically superior team. When he has equal talent, he's not considered that great. That's why he is much better suited for college. He is probably a better recruiter than the majority of NFL head coaches and would therefore probably be able to beat most NFL coaches if they were in college ball. It's just a different game in the NFL.

Okay so: let's front office do the dirty work >>>>>>>>>> work arse off to make sure you have the players to be a superior team. Yeah totally makes sense.
