Probably true. I will always see CPB as he appeared to me as a kid A craggy faced giant. Coach Stallings is very familiar to me. I think the biggest thing is all the others are basically caught in moments of dignified repose whereas they attempted an "action shot" with Saban and it just seems artificial. Oh wait...

I gotta say...that Saban statue is shite. The head is okay, but the rest of it is so out of proportion that its comical.

Yep, it's bad. I've taken several out of towners to games and I always take them to the WOC. Every single one asks me why the statue of CNS looks weird.

i must say it looks creepy...I do like the pose and it looks great from the side....but head on the face looks horrible.
