It has nothing to do with athletics and everything to do with the culture that is stuck 50 years in the past and still harbors and embraces a racist history while wallowing in economic depression and remaining one of the most educationally depressed areas in all the first world.

Look at it this way. In the SEC you can think you are above all that. In the big10, thats how everyone would view you.

I think Mizzou should jump at a Big 10 offer. Maybe being in the SEC will make you more attractive to the Big 10, since they covet southern exposure.

I think Mizzou and Kansas should be the next Big 10 targets.

That frees up a space for the SEC to take OU, OSU and Texas.

Texas Tech can go MWC or PAC.
