He didn't. This is just hearsay. I hate it when folks act like fraud and cheating don't happen. It does. Ole Miss taught Jerell Powe how to read so that he could play football for christsakes. The real scam is that NCAA wants us to believe that these top athletes are students. Some of them are dedicated students, but most of them aren't, and forcing someone to go to college to play a sport professionally is unfair. But I love college football, so it's a conundrum.

I wish that guys would have to at least attempt to earn some sort of real degree instead of these bogus programs they were doing. Get a guy who is on the team for 4-5 years, never makes it as a pro, and has a degree that's slightly more useful than a high school diploma

John Curtis Christian Academy got Eddie Lacy qualified for Bama. Magically took some classes there one summer and came out a genius ....
